Account Deletion Request

If you use the PReP mobile application, you can request deletion of your app account and all associated personal data using the form below.

Enter the Account ID associated with your PReP account and submit the request. Our team will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Please note that we may be required to retain certain information where necessary to comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any data not subject to those obligations will be securely deleted or anonymised.
